YMCA Digital Skills Youth Internship Program (YIP)

Canadian businesses dedicated to supporting and developing digital skills within their workforce can benefit from this YMCA managed program for youth. The YMCA Digital Skills Youth Internship Program (YIP) was created to support the development of digital skills of youth through practical applications. This program is now closed and no longer accepting applications.
Funding Amount
Max support of 100% of a $16 per hour wage rate for a full-time, 16-week internship.
Eligible Applicants
Must be a for-profit firm operating within Canada (since at least 2 years prior), 5+ full-time employees, min. $2 million in general liability insurance.
Eligible Activities
Projects developing the digital skills of youth through practical applications.
