    We offer services to help you apply for and receive funding from various federal and provincial government programs. The application process, strategic planning and project eligibility will vary with each client. As a result, the “fee structure ranges from $3300 to $7000 for each application. Another preferred option is to proceed on a monthly retainer basis where several grants or application can be submitted over a 3-month window. The average investment for this approach starts at $8400/month and can run for 3-5 months dependent on your strategic initiatives and growth challenges.     Business Consulting

    Mentor Works offers a variety of business consulting services, pricing, and packages to suit the needs and requirements of your business:

    • Strategic Planning Services are offered in packages of 5 to 10 sessions. The average mentoring session lengths for the packages are 1.5 hours in length per session with additional planning time invested outside of the session. These sessions are usually held in the offices of Mentor Works Ltd. at either the Cambridge or Burlington offices. The package rate for five sessions is $1875 and ten sessions at $3450.
    • One-on-One Business Coaching services are offered through monthly programs, usually in weekly or biweekly two-hour sessions each month. The monthly programs are best suited for small or mid-sized organizations that have more than one owner or partner. The commitment to coaching lasts on average about 9-12 months. A monthly fee structure of $1500 to $2100 would apply.
    • Special Project Assistance services’ pricing will vary depending on type: facilitating management sessions, training and one-off projects like developing a marketing plan, or custom management development programs for key senior players. An hourly rate of $150-180/hour would be assessed.
