This helpful tool was developed for entrepreneurs and small businesses to help organize your piles of business receipts and business cards. The tool is simple and easy-to-use. Just take a picture of your physical receipts and business cards and they will automatically be stored in your Shoeboxed account where you can export your new contacts to your address book and track your expenses in real time.
How Much Is It?
Shoeboxed is available in both free and paid versions. You can probably get by with the free version, as you are able to use the capture and send ability, but will then have to manually input the details of each transaction or contact. Alternatively, the paid versions include a time saving feature that allows Shoeboxed to automatically analyze and input all of your expenses and contact details for you at an annual rate, starting at $99/year. You can always try the 30-day free trial to see how you like it.
However, if you’re going with the free version, I would suggest you stick with the mobile application Google Goggles (iPhone and Android) for your business cards, as it automatically converts them into a new contact in your phone’s address book.
