Details: CME SMART Grant for Adopting Advanced Technologies
The CME SMART Advanced Technologies for Global Growth is specifically designed to support the adoption of innovative new technologies within Southern Ontario manufacturing businesses to encourage export expansion. This small business funding grant covers::
- Advanced Technology Assessments: Up to 50% of eligible costs to a maximum of $15K for qualified third party professionals to examine and make recommendations regarding the manufacturing process.
- Advanced Technology Adaptation/Adoption: Up to 35% of eligible costs to a maximum of $100K for adopting new advanced technologies, including additive manufacturing, sensor-based technologies, instrumentation, clean technologies, automation, and robotics hardware.
