IMG_9907Alexandra (Alex) Barlow of Mentor Works draws upon her experience working for the Ontario provincial government where she managed a $40 million portfolio of infrastructure spending and a former position as an economic development consultant helping municipalities across Canada make better-informed strategic growth decisions.   Alex studied at the University of Guelph where she received a Master of Arts degree in Political Science.
