Developing human health products in therapeutics, medical devices, diagnostics, or digital health tech;
Has closed or is about to close a “seed” investment within six months;
Intent on raising series A financing in 2022 to 2023;
Has enough resources and funding runway to reach next key value inflection points to allow for their Series A raise; and
Is a company that would benefit substantially from coaching/participating in CAAP to advance their business strategy and raise capital.
