Andrew Cobb

Andrew is a new consultant in the Government Grants department. Having spent eight years abroad living and studying in Beijing, obtaining an undergraduate degree in international relations from Tsinghua University, becoming one of the first non-native Chinese speakers to complete a degree in social sciences at the school. In addition to his background in political sciences, Andrew has also extensive education experience in international trade law, history, and economics.
