[Webinar] February 19: Eliminating Profit Leak & Growing Your Business

Webinar

Maximizing employee productivity, improving profit margins, and gaining a new competitive advantage are great goals to set for your organization, but the everyday demands of running a business in a constantly changing competitive market makes progressing towards those goals easier said than done. Fortunately, your business can gain a new competitive advantage by taking the time to learn more about growing your business through employer training grants from the Canadian government.

Eligible businesses could receive up to 83% of training costs covered to a maximum of $10,000 per trainee.

The Canadian government has designed various employer training grant programs that help offset the cost of hiring and training new and existing employees for small and medium-sized Ontario businesses. According to a blog post from getsmarter.com, investing in employee training and development helps to drive motivation in the workplace, increase overall engagement in the workplace, and reduce staff turnover by up to 59%.
