CYBF moMENTum Program
Canadian Youth Business Foundation (CYBF), a Canadian organization that provides entrepreneurs with business resources and mentoring offers their moMENTum program. This program offers young entrepreneurs who are not seeking financing, the opportunity to work one-on-one with a business mentor. This program is available to a limited number of young entrepreneurs in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton areas.
Start-up Mentoring Program Eligibility
This new program specifically provides entrepreneurs:
- One-on-one matching with an experienced mentor that has been pre-screened and trained by CYBF
- Mentor to help you get your business off the ground or take it to the next stage
- Access to CYBF’s community of over 5000 members including entrepreneurs and mentors through networking and peer-mentoring opportunities
To be eligible for this program, you must:
- Be an entrepreneur in the start-up phase
- Business has been operating for less than three years
- Between 18-39 years old
- Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada
- Willing to submit regular progress reports
- Work approximately 4 to 5 hours a month with a mentor for a period of 6 months
- Able to articulate specific goals for working with a mentor
- Pay $125 administration fee
