Ontario Centres of Excellence (OCE): Voucher for E-Business (VEB)
If your company is lacking an online marketing and e-business strategy, you may be in luck. Ontario small to mid-sized businesses that export or looking to export may qualify for assistance through Ontario colleges through the OCE Voucher for E-Business. The Voucher for E-Business is one of 4 OCE Vouchers offered through the Ontario Centres of Excellence (OCE).
List of Participating Colleges to be Announced in August 2014
Recipients of the E-Business Voucher will be selected by participating colleges. The OCE has announced a new deadline of June 2, 2014 for Colleges to apply for government funding through the E-Business Voucher program which will provide SMEs with a team of student consultants in marketing and e-business to develop and implement an online strategy to help your small business grow.
Vouchers of up to $2500 will Support E-Business of Qualified SMEs
Eligible small businesses will receive government funding as a voucher to be used at a participating Ontario College in fall or winter of 2014/15. Participating Ontario Colleges will award an E-Business voucher to Ontario based SMEs to receive support to strategize and develop projects such as:
- Website development,
- Online sales process,
- Digital and social media
- Customer relationship management
